Tampere Design Market Takes Over TTT Foyer on May 3

The Tampere Design Market will fill three floors of the Tampere Workers' Theatre (TTT) foyer on Sunday, May 3, running from 11:00–17:00. Tamperelainen reports that DesignOnTampere ry is staging the event and opening the venue to shoppers hunting seasonal gifts and local design.

Visitors can browse elegant fashion, polished accessories, unique ceramics, home décor and high-quality natural cosmetics across the three levels. There's something for every room and many price points.

For the first time the market welcomes entrepreneur Janette Hörkkö with her MyBlush label. Hörkkö says MyBlush aims to preserve garment-making expertise in Finland and produce beautiful, high-quality clothes close to women’s everyday lives. The label uses an unusual sales model: items aren't ordered through an online shop but are shown and sold by brand ambassadors who organise MyBlush parties with hosts.
