Tampere outdoor pool opens Fridays until 10 p.m., adds trailer sauna and moonlit swim
Tampere's outdoor pool will stay open until 10 p.m. on Fridays in September and will host a trailer sauna each Friday; a moonlit swim with live music is planned for 25 September.
Tampere's outdoor pool will stay open until 10 p.m. on Fridays throughout September, and a trailer sauna will be on site each Friday evening, Aamulehti reports.
On Friday 25 September the pool will host a moonlit swim from 5–9 p.m., with mood lighting and live music on the terraces. The full moon is due the following day. Under-18s swim free for the entire month of September.
September opening hours are: Monday 12:00–19:00, Tuesday 06:30–19:00 and Wednesday 12:00–19:00. Thursday 06:30–20:00, Friday 14:00–22:00, Saturday 10:00–18:00 and Sunday 10:00–18:00.
Entry ends 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing. The pools close 30 minutes before the facility does. The outdoor swimming season ends on Sunday 27 September.
