Tampere police to auction found and seized items on 29 October
Tampere police will hold a public auction of found and seized items at the main police station yard on Sorinkatu on 29 October at 11:00. Bicycles, tools, machines and household goods will be on offer.
The Tampere main police station at Sorinkatu 12 will host the auction on 29 October at 11:00, Tamperelainen reports. The public is welcome.
Items recovered or confiscated by police will be sold, including bicycles, tools, machines and household goods. Only cash payments will be accepted. The lost property office will be closed on the day.
The lost property office notifies owners when identifiable documents or other property are found. Staff cannot handle key-related inquiries by phone or email; keys must be inspected in person.
