Two Vihilahti bus stops to move on Hatanpään valtatie until spring 2027

Two Vihilahti bus stops on Hatanpään valtatie will be relocated this Friday because of a nearby construction site. The move is part of the ongoing tram-track construction along Hatanpään valtatie which expanded in April and follows similar temporary stop moves linked to tram works in the city on Nuolialantie. Tamperelainen reports.

The relocations will remain in place until about spring 2027 and affect lines 11, 12, 13, 26, 30 and 32. Downtown-bound Vihilahti 2509 will move about 75 metres toward Rantaperkiö, to the south side of Lokomonkatu. Southbound Vihilahti 2508 will shift about 140 metres toward Rantaperkiö, to the north side of Vihilahdenkatu. Passengers are advised to check on-site signage when boarding and alighting.
