Ärrä Kiosk Opens at Tampere Railway Station Wednesday, First 120 Customers Get Free Energy Drink
A new Ärrä convenience kiosk replaces the former R-kiosk at Tampere railway station and opens Wednesday; the first 120 customers to make a purchase will receive a free energy drink. Reitan plans further Ärrä outlets at Tays and on Hatanpään valtatie by the end of 2027.
A new Ärrä convenience kiosk will open at Tampere railway station on Wednesday, replacing the former R-kiosk. Run by Reitan Convenience Finland, it follows the company's revamped Ärrä concept aimed at busy urban customers seeking quick, food-focused options.
Piia Pulkkanen, the kiosk's merchant at Tampere station, said the refresh will brighten the shop and bring "even more fresh, filling food" to the selection while maintaining fast, friendly service. Expect hearty sandwiches, breakfast items and trendy new snacks.
Opening hours will be weekdays 05:00–24:00, Saturdays 06:00–24:00 and Sundays 07:00–24:00. On opening day the first 120 customers to make a purchase will receive a free energy drink.
Reitan plans to open additional Ärrä outlets by the end of 2027 at Tampere University Hospital (Tays) and on Hatanpään valtatie in the city centre.
