Nysse will make small timetable changes to bus lines 22, 77 and 79 from 14 September to tighten tram connections and improve school journeys, with adjustments of one to five minutes.

The regional public transport operator Nysse announced in a press release that timetable changes to bus lines 22, 77 and 79 will take effect on 14 September. The small shifts, one to five minutes, are intended to tighten tram connections and improve school journeys. They are minor adjustments, but timed to matter.

On line 22, every departure that starts from Siivikkala will be moved one minute earlier. The change should help passengers make the tram connection from Hiedanranta toward the city centre more reliably.

On line 77, departures from Nokia and Tottijärvi between 12:00 and 16:00 will run five minutes later than before. The later times are expected to improve links for pupils travelling in the afternoon.

Line 79’s weekday morning service from Linnavuori toward Siuro and Nokia station will be moved five minutes earlier, with a new departure time of 09:00. The adjustment aims to make morning school runs work better.

The new timetables are already visible in the route planner and will be updated in other timetable services as soon as possible. Nysse has published the full notice on its website. The change follows earlier September tweaks to other Tampere bus lines to ease connections on several routes published earlier this month.
