Small timetable tweaks to Tampere bus lines 42, 70 and 91 take effect in September to improve connections and help schoolchildren make their buses.

Small timetable changes to Tampere bus lines 42, 70 and 91 will take effect in September, altering a few weekday and Sunday departures to improve connections and help schoolchildren catch services.

The operator describes the adjustments as minor operational tweaks rather than part of a broader network revision. Small changes, not an overhaul.

On line 42, the weekday departure from Tampere Bus Station that currently leaves at 19:30 will move three minutes later, to 19:33. The aim is to stagger departures for lines 42 and 95 that use the same platform, reducing conflicts and easing passenger flow.

On line 70, the Sunday morning departure from Tampere currently scheduled at 08:30 will be moved earlier to 08:00. After the change, all Sunday morning departures on the route will leave on the hour, simplifying the timetable for early travellers.

Line 91 has several school-day adjustments: buses that currently arrive at Terälahti at 12:27, 13:28 and 14:28 will depart toward Mäntylä ten minutes later than before, at 12:38, 13:38 and 14:38. The shift should help schoolchildren make the connection.

Passengers are advised to check updated timetables on Nysse's website before travelling.
