Oma Pirha now shows Pirkanmaa residents' assigned health centre and care staff
Pirkanmaa residents can now see their assigned health centre and any assigned nurse or doctor on the Oma Pirha front page when logging in at pirha.fi.
Logging in at pirha.fi now reveals each user's assigned social and healthcare centre on the Oma Pirha front page, YLE reports.
If a user has an assigned nurse and doctor, their names appear there too. Non-urgent matters can be sent as a message to the assigned nurse via Oma Pirha. Nurses are expected to reply within three working days. For children under seven, the front page also shows the child health clinic nurse's name.
Residents can still find their centre by calling the reception number of the nearest centre; assignments are based on municipality and home address unless they have been changed.
The change follows recent efforts to simplify contacts with Pirha. These include the rollout of the 03 311 phone series to centralise regional service numbers and plans to show home care visit records on the national OmaKanta portal by the end of 2026.
