Peltolammi Fourth Graders Curate 'Love It!' Exhibition at Rulla for Art Arc's 20th Anniversary
An exhibition curated by Peltolammi School fourth graders opens at Rulla on 28 March to mark the 20th anniversary of the Art Arc cultural education programme.
According to the City of Tampere, a new exhibition celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Art Arc cultural education programme opens at Rulla on 28 March 2026. The Love It! show was curated by fourth-grade classes 4A and 4B from Peltolammi School; the students selected works that members of the Tampere Artists' Association nominated in the autumn of 2025.
The curation happened in a workshop-style format, and the students also created their own pieces, which hang alongside works by ten professional artists. Visitors will be able to meet the featured artists and take part in hands-on art workshops during the spring.
Art Arc introduces about 25,000 children and young people each year to art venues and creative practice, starting at age 3–4 in early childhood education and continuing through ninth grade.
The exhibition is free and suitable for all ages. It is open at Rulla from 28 March to 18 June 2026 (Wed 12:00–18:00; Thu–Fri 9:00–14:00; Sat–Sun 10:00–16:00).
