Tampere launches 24/7 AI-backed startup advisory platform on 1 April 2026

A new advisory service for people considering entrepreneurship will launch in the Tampere Region Employment Area on 1 April 2026, providing round-the-clock digital guidance alongside personal expert support. The City of Tampere says the platform helps residents develop business ideas, plan activities and prepare for starting a company. Built with Ensimetri and Veracell, it combines an expert-maintained knowledge base with AI-powered, multilingual tools so users can work at their own pace. Users sign in with the national Finnish identification service to create a verified account and can draft business plans and financial calculations independently or with AI assistance; completed plans may be submitted for expert review or used to book face-to-face appointments. Phone guidance is available two days a week. City officials say the service was tested with customers and will be continuously improved. Registered job seekers in the region can join an online entrepreneurship skills course to explore self-employment as a route back to work.
