Vincit starts change negotiations: need to cut 45 people

YLE reports that Vincit has launched co-operation negotiations under the Co-operation Act to cut up to 45 jobs among about 375 staff across Finland, starting March 9.
The talks cover the billable staff within Vincit's service business at all Finnish sites. The process is expected to last about three weeks, and Vincit says it will communicate openly with employees throughout the negotiations and announce the outcome at the end of the process. Earlier this year Vincit's organizational structure has already been lightened by 10 positions in leadership, sales and business support roles.
